The Parsons-Burnett Grant is for CERTIFIED employees of Arkansas public schools who are working towards a graduate degree or an additional endorsement (not including National Board Certification).

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION:

Copy of teaching license. Can NOT be a provisional license.
All undergraduate and graduate transcripts (10 points). Academic transcripts for any courses you are currently taking, but for which you do not have official transcripts, may be included to improve your GPA score, BUT they cannot be submitted in place of the required transcripts.
Copies of transcripts are considered official if the institutional seal and the signature of the registrar are clearly visible and have not been altered.
